It is now a couple of years since I first contacted you to deal with boiler problems and I can truthfully say that I have never received such excellent service from anyone else.  Regarding the last occasion (earlier this year) your colleague (Les) spent so much time trying to rectify the ongoing problem and suggested it would be far more efficient to install a completely new and different type of boiler. I told him that bearing in mind the numerous problems I had  in the past few days and also bearing in mind the age of the boiler, that I had very positive thoughts of having the boiler replaced.  I was living through a period when I had no hot water or central heating for about 10 days.  When Les reported my thoughts directly to you, you wasted no time letting me have two estimates for the installation of a new boiler. I agreed immediately to one of the estimates and in less than 36 hours Terry and mate called upon me with a new boiler.  Since that time I have never looked back and my only regret is that I didn’t decide to have the work done earlier. Terry made a superb job of the new installation and a great deal of time on checking that everything was in working order. I was so impressed that when I received your bill, I eagerly wanted to settle it within half an hour which I did.  Most impressive and so much so that I have already mentioned your company to some friends including a near neighbour. Well done everybody concerned!

We’ve chosen our first winner!

We have drawn our competition winner from the first 10 boiler installations since the competition began in October and managed to leave our lucky customer speechless when we called him to give him the good news.

Steve Spence, from London SW20, told us that he’d had a particularly ‘trying day’ and he was having a drink down the pub when we called him.

Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to customers of The Happy Boiler Company who own their home in the UK, are aged 18 years or over and who have paid for a boiler change/installation. Employees of The Happy Boiler Company, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are not eligible.
2. Customers become automatically eligible if they completed and fully paid for a boiler change/installation between the dates 10 October 2016 until 28 February 2017
3. Each eligible customer will be allocated a number between one and ten.
4. When the tenth eligible customer is allocated their number, an independent party will choose, at random, a number between one and ten.
5. The winner will be contacted by The Happy Boiler Company by telephone or email within 7 days of each promotion round. Should The Happy Boiler Company be unable to contact the eligible customer or should the eligible customer be unable to accept the promotional cashback, then the cashback will be forfeit and the independent party will be entitled to select another eligible customer’s number.
6. The winner will have up to £1900 of their recent installation cost refunded directly to them.
7. There is no alternative prize.
8. The prize draw will then recur – every tenth number allocated will result in a draw until the closing date. If the closing date occurs when numbers have already been allocated, the closing date will be extended to allow the completion of that final draw to ensure the one in ten chance is not compromised.
9. Any tax payable as a result of the prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting the prize if this is a concern.
10. The prize will be paid by bank transfer directly to the winning eligible customer.
11. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of The Happy Boiler Company.
12. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
